would radar take the first decision if passs or fail, so it wouldnt go to the fraud tool if yuo have radar, or it would still go to the fruad tool

And would an additional fraud tool be helpful or radar is enough

Also, is 3DS from radar for fraud teams 2.0 or like the back end type of 3ds or the pop a form kind of 3DS

You'd have to ask shopify on the specific of how their tool works, but I don't know of anything where we take in additional fraud signals from a third party and use them.
