I think technically there is an API yes, but you should use the dashboard since we don't intend for you to use that API when adding domains to your own main account so it might cause issues in future.

you can technically make the API call documented at https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?html-or-react=html#html-js-using-with-connect to register a domain on your own account I believe(you must use your live mode secret key, test mode registrations don't work; and not pass the Stripe-Account option since it's for your own account)
