The only place I am seeing the stripe_3ds2_fingerprint is within the next_action.use_stripe_sdk property of the response. This is private data that is used by Stripe code. You should have no reason to inspect or interact with this data.

What is it you are trying to achieve?

The data in this property is used to handle 3DS secure authentication and is usually done through the client side code and handled by stripe.js or one of our SDKs.
