Thanks for your patience there. It looks like that error was a bug. I will report it so we can fix that.

So I have filed a bug report on this and we will fix the issue. Unfortunately in the mean time it looks like we won't be able to update the description on that payment intent.
If you would like, you can file a ticket with our support. I would be able to grab it and keep you updated on progress.
So this data is pulled from the support phone and support address of an account
The connected account here does not have them set so we defaulted to the platform's address and number
