Hello! It sounds like they didn't complete onboarding; if they did they should have been connected to your platform at the end of of the onboarding process.
The request you provided looks like a request to retrieve your own account, it doesn't seem related to the creation of a new account.
Do you know what day and time, UTC, you created the account?
So there's no way the link generated could be "wrong" or that an error could have occured during the creation?
The link would have been generated on December 17th around 1:35:00 pm (UTC-5). The client told us on December 20th it was done
It's hard to say what happened without seeing logs.
Let me see if I can find anything around that time...
and since I don't have any logs about it... you might be right about the fact it wasn't completed!
I'm not seeing any logs around that time on the account associated with the request ID above.

Yeah, unfortunately I can't find anything. As far as I can tell they didn't complete the onboarding process. Did they say anything about what happened when they visited the link?
Unfortunately I don't have any feedback from them, as I don't directly speak with clients. I'll have the manager ask them! Thanks a lot for your time ๐ !

Yes, we were just trying to find a way not to have them go through it again, if ever the really did filled it up !
