sounds like you are not viewing the page on a supported device then, if it works for other people and not you! see the link I posted. (you have to be using Safari/an iPhone etc).

got it, but that is something else and not Stripe so it's not hugely relevant.

https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?html-or-react=html#html-js-testing these are the requirements. For example Apple's page I think always shows the button even if you don't have saved cards in your wallet; Stripe only shows the button if you have saved cards.

yep works for me, same as my colleague yesterday.

so your site seems fine. Unless you have complaints from actual customers(and remember they can still just use the normal card form) then I wouldn't worry about it.

where is that screenshot from exactly?

I'm not sure that is Apple Pay. Looks more like setting up a card for the App Store, which is probably different.

Did you add a card to your Apple Pay wallet yet? The URL you shared also works for me (in that I can see the Apple Pay button)

Note, you'll need to add a real card to Apple Pay otherwise it won't work: https://stripe.com/docs/apple-pay?platform=web#testing-apple-pay
