I am trying to make a stripe account for my buisness
but I am not 18+ can I still set it up?

I was not given the option to specify a guardian, how can I make that happen?
That option happens AFTER the account has been created. Once the account has been created, if you have not received any email or other request for more information then you can reach out to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and check in with them

Would it be a two step authentication email?

You should select the topic that best fits your issue and then fill out the form to contact support - alternatively you can email them at support@stripe.com
when it gives me the option for photo identification, is that when my guardian puts in their details?
