B2B SaaS company in the creator space - image Patreon but focused on fitness creators.
We are using Stripe today to bill creators for infrastructure usage on our platform - per attendee type costs.
We are getting asked by some of them to build out an end member billing thing - so we charge the creator's members for them, then take a commission of that. Sort of like a Vimeo enabling their customers to run subscription services etc.
Looked at Chargebee and others, but they are really just designed for us to bill our clients, not for our clients to bill their members. So like a bill through like a creator marketplace kind of a deal
End members would have options for per month subscriptions (unlimited) and class packs (one session or multiple like a 5 class pack).
Been looking at the Stripe APIs for this.
Creators also want integration into external CRM like HubSpot and if possible accounting like Xero and Quickbooks. Again the subscription management companies tend to offer this, they just don't work for marketplace kind of deals.
So ......... trying to figure out how much of this is easy with Stripe APIs, or how much of a heavy lift it would be?

Funny that it's almost easier to chat to developers at Stripe than anyone on the product / sales side. Someone from the Stripe growth team emailed me out of the blue saying they were here to help like 2 months ago, but I sent 3 replies and she's ghosted me ever since ๐

Okay caught up and I think I have a good idea of what you are trying to do. So is a sticking point charging your creators as well as your customers?
And how much have you looked at our offerings on this? For example have you looked in to Stripe Connect which is typically how marketplaces are set up with Stripe? https://stripe.com/docs/connect#start-with-a-guide
