I can have a call screenshare my test env if you want
another user and subscription (but this time it's finally all retries finished), looks like invoice is correctly marked as uncollectible (not sure what about the rest of the invoices with retrying) and subscription is unpaid, but retries are 8, not expected 4 (it ignores settings?)
