hello @versed sphinx! I think I get what you mean, instead of Plan A quantity : 2, you want 2 line items of Plan A.

Unfortunately as you're already aware, you cannot create 2 line items of the same Price.

Can you explain a bit more on why the plans need to be taxed separately?
