And when i increase customer balance in Adjust Balance - do stripe get some fee from it?

My task is to freely create subscriptions for test accounts that are placed along with user accounts in production. Without any fees. Perhaps there is another solution in Stripe?

No, I don't believe there'd be any fee for adjusting the customer balance (but if you want to double check you should ask support https://support.stripe.com/contact). I don't believe there's any specific statistic for customer balance transactions either

Can you speak a little more to this? If your goal is to test, then you should ONLY be doing this in test mode. There should be no cost to doing this in test mode
