We're issuing virtual cards to users via Stripe, which user can add to his/her Apple wallet using my iOS app
Followed it, but got no response of email

full disclosure, I haven't integrated this myself so can't say too much on how the Apple Developer account side of things work (this "add to wallet" stuff is a bit complex due to it involving tricky parts of Apple Developer Account) but the docs should help you
