My clients are telling me they do not have the ability to have their payments registered because it keeps on declining their payment.
Hm, I'm not sure I understand what you mean, could you elaborate a bit more?
So for some reason whenever I try to send my customers invoices for them to make payments to gain access to my course their cards keep on declining. Could you help me resolve this?
Could you share an example of a payment that failed?
Should I ask my customer for a screenshot?
That likely won't be terribly helpful. What method are you using to charge your customers?

Are you using Payment Links, Checkout Sessions, a custom integration using Payment Intents directly, or perhaps a 3rd party integration?
I didn’t try the payment links. Should I try that? I already voided the invoices

Right now I'm trying to figure out what your integration looks like so I know what to ask for. You mentioned that you voided an invoice, can you provide the ID of that invoice (in_XXX)?

That looks like an invoice number that you generated, I'd need the Stripe generated ID which will be formatted like this in_XXX where XXX is an alphanumeric string.

Hm, I'm not having any luck locating an invoice with that ID, could you double check it's correct?
Alright, I found the invoice and see an underlying PaymentIntent was created, but I'm not seeing any evidence that a payment was attempted.
