Maybe I misunderstood your original question. I thought you were asking if you could add your Cash App card as a destination for instant payouts?

Those are Visa branded cards, right? If so you can use them anywhere Visa is accepted, including Stripe.

If you can add the card for instant payouts and the payouts succeed then that won't have any impact on if you can use the card to make purchases or not.
