Hi there 👋 can you explain some of the actions you're taking to try triggering these events?

All of our users have a connected account by default, and we trigger the event by creating an account link with the account_onboarding type, and then entering the bank account information, which would be the external account that's created

Successfully linking a bank account should trigger the event

Gotcha, and when you set up your webhook, did you set it up as a Connect webhook to listen to events on connected accounts?
