I think BR is in beta and I don't know too much about it, but as far as I know we should never be emailing Custom accounts at all. DO you have the acct_xxx ID of a Custom account in BR that you saw emails for?

I don't see that we emailed that account specifically, from our tooling
but the user/email address for that account also has some other normal Stripe accounts of their own, not just the Custom account with your platform
so probably we emailed one of those and that's the confusion
