If you were to access your Dashboard via https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account, there should be your account's id at the top right corner, it looks like acct_xxxxxxxxxx

Stripe actually do support CNY https://stripe.com/docs/currencies#presentment-currencies
If you cannot use your card to complete 3DS, you should ask your bank why it does not work.
