Hello! You can deactivate Prices you don't want to use in the future. Existing Subscriptions will not be impacted: https://stripe.com/docs/api/prices/update#update_price-active

Is there no way to do this in the Dashboard? I dont see it anywhere

Yeah, you can do it in the Dashboard. Find the Price you want to archive, click on the ••• button next to it, and choose "archive".
