Hello! If you're using direct charges the platform account's report won't have the info from the connected account reports as the charges on those accounts live on those connected accounts, not your platform.

If you're using Standard accounts you should be using direct charges. How are you creating payments? Payment Intents? Checkout? Invoices?

Payment Intents, by passing the stripe_account with a value of the connected account_id.
