We have a few questions simply on your processes.

We have around 1.4 million subscribing customers. Development wise there has been some pushback on the inability to pull reports in one API call, or multiple API calls.

With Sigma and scheduled reports, I don't see this as valid.

Also, second question. For a company our size, which you guys have surely engaged with 20,000+ times, do you provide professional services?

Would you guys come in and assist my dev staff for X weeks if paid to help get things up and running. Is this common?

Also, FYI I'm a dev myself of 20+ years. Mostly my own startups so this is a bit new to me (the dev desire NOT to code, or amazing APIs being seen as an obstacle).

ah yeah so reports is an area my team isn't the best with but yes
there is no one API call, you'll have to use any "list" API (e.g. list all Charges) and auto-paginate through them.

and the other options were what you mentioned, Sigma or Scheduled Reports.

Stripe does, I'm not fully in the loop on how but depending on paid programs etc there are different services like Premium Support etc.

e.g. I'm literally in 6 active conversations with other developers, aside from this one. So we can help with any API focused questions here.
