I don't think there is unfortunately — that feature is still in beta and we generally don't release betas in the client libraries like stripe-node

so you'd have to make the raw API calls directly

Also , do you know what will happen if we attach a testClock on a user that is not in testmode ?

as far as I know you can't, you'd get an error from the API if you try
