well that "send test event" button in the Stripe dashboard is just a dummy event
so it doesn't actually relate to any real payment or anything so probably there's nothing that's meant to appear in their dashboard for it since it's not real, that would make sense to me.
I'm making a test payment from the site (Klaviyo includes test data synchronization). Then the payment is displayed in the stripe, and nothing is sent to Klaviyo

you can see on https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/events/evt_3K8htWGiIGNXSn0H0GYU0EZF that we sent an event to a URL for a.klaviyo.com successfully
so at that point there's nothing else Stripe can say, you'd need to ask them what is supposed to happen at that point or appear on their dashboard
in my opinion it's that they only work for Invoice payments, but the test you did is not an Invoice payment, it's a one-off CheckoutSession
