It looks like invoice retries without subscriptions are only a feature of Invoicing Plus. Otherwise you would need to have those invoices associated with a Subscription

I see. Ok so I'm seeing something that says there's stripe recurring billing and stripe subscriptions. What is the difference?

That is basically subscriptions.

So does the invoicing only not include customer portal?
Like if we wanted someone to be able to login to their portal and see what invoices we've processed or update their card info?
