Thanks, but i want one graduated price with yearly period and charge flat fee immediately but extra units are calculated and charging in the end of period before renewal.
For example
I have price: 200 units for 100$ flat fee and extra units will be calculated with 1 $ per each

So client need to pay 100$ immediately and if he spent 220 units during year, he must be charged 20$ in the end of billing period, before renewal next period for 100$ again

Well, you can have a graduated pricing with first tier up_to 200 and flat_amount=100, I think
