Hmm, so we got a dispute and the funds were withdrawn from our account (the platform). We then reversed the transfer from our connected account. Later we won the dispute and the funds were return to our account (the platform) and now we want to return those funds to the connected account. We can't reverse the reverse of the transfer so we are not sure how to return those funds to the connected account.
We tried to just do a transfer, but we get the error mentioned above.
gotcha so yeah typically a Transfer would work in this scenario but there's some regulatory limitation on why you can't just transfer to that CA account.
Mind writing in to Support at https://support.stripe.com/contact ? They might be able to give you a suggestion on what you can do in these situations, please also share the request ID with them for the Transfers request you created (that failed)
