When you use limit: 1 does is consistently fail, or just sometimes?

Hi again @gaunt yew, looking at your account logs I'm only seeing one attempt to list the transactions with limit=1. Could you try again and let us know if the error persists? This will help us start to understand if it's an intermittent error or consistent so we can determine how to proceed.

I tried again with limit=1 and multiple times. The request failed every time with the same error.
Here are the list of request ids req_EsmbTpuDOpDEKX, req_MOkFi88H6FclYg, req_0IQXCMsCWOVg4j . This is happening consistently.

This looks like an account specific issue, I recommend you write in to support so Stripe can verify your identity and investigate the issue with the engineering team responsible for this endpoint: https://support.stripe.com/contact

As a workaround in the meantime you can try omitting the payout parameter.

I can't omit the payout parameter. The payout parameter is needed to get the list of balance_txn associated with that payout_id

Similar requests are passing if i change the payout_id.
It is this one particular payout_id which is continuously throwing the same error.

Yep, that's why it's an account specific issue that you'll need to contact support for.

They'll be able to investigate and fix that specific Payout.
