tbh I'm not 100% if that toggle is what determines their sales tax methodology or not

But I am looking for a way to determine which sales tax methodology they are using so I can submit the proper payload. From what I understand, If they are not on the paid service then I have to submit the tax rates with my request

hmmm, as far as I can determine, there isn't a way to figure out if that setting is turned on via the API
