In the meantime, yeah you technically can store data there but also yes we don't recommend storing non-email data there

Will that Search API feature set be added to the console as well? I want to also provide internal operators with the ability to find customers by the same attribute.

Of course. In the mean time auto pagnation can provide an easier interface to iterating through all of your customers https://stripe.com/docs/api/pagination/auto

Oh the Dashboard? I believe it already searches on more than just customer email
