Sorry, I just reread your question, and believe there is a bit of confusion between transfers and payouts. Transfers are when you transfer funds from your platform account to one of your connected accounts. A payout is when funds a transferred from a Stripe account balance, to an associated bank account. I initially thought you were referring to the fees for the charge/transfer, but it sounds like you're asking about Connect fees which our support team are better suited to help explain.
