Specifically where are you seeing this error? Not seeing any Stripe specific errors on your account: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs?success=false&method[]=post&method[]=delete&direction[]=self&direction[]=connect_in

Could it be something on the ConvertKit side?

I see it on the chekout page, when I try to purchase my product, I add the promotion code and when I apply it, it doesn't seem to recognize it and show me the error message

Not sure it's on the convertkit side since it happens on the checkout page. I use CK only to detect the product and send an email to the person who purchased it.

Actually the connection with CK worked, I wasn't able to finish finding my products in CK because nobody has purchased them already. That's why I needed to purchased them myself and added a coupon code. I tried many of them but none of them seemed to be working, no matter the name or the % promotion I applyied, it always said This code is invalid.

Moreover, I made a mistake when writing the promotion code once, I used an old one. That time it was written something like "code no longer available" as if stripe could see that this old code was no longer available but isn't able to find it when it is available . Hope I'm clear

Hmm, the code is lowercase. think they might be case sensitive

Oh, I see, I'm gonna try to change it to uppercase. But I also tried an upper case one and I had the same message though

My understanding is that you can't use a 100% off coupon to essentially make the transaction $0
