actually we have mobile apps android and ios in that we have integrated plaid and for transfer we are thinking to use stripe as it is linked with plaid

actually we are using virtual wallet mechanism. so when user add money we will create customer in stripe and charge against that customer .

but suppose the customer wants to withdraw amount then how can charge the main admin account
