  1. did you add this metadata: {integration_check: 'sepa_debit_accept_a_payment'}, recently?
  2. what is the purpose of it?
  3. what if ill not pass it? as it worked for me without it, not sure if you guys added it quite recently or I missed it.

Yeah, just found it. It's purely just metadata so you validate the success of the payment in the Dashboard
