cool, we propell as a platform to offer our merchant the payment ability. here are what we have done 1. prepare all the info of a merchant (like email, company, external account of bank- whose bank bsb is 012295 etc). 2. call stripe api to create custom connected account 3. the error happens after Stripe::Account.create

all those api calls are in stripe test env

Okay so you have to use Test bank account numbers in that case https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#account-numbers
