Okay so it looks like the accountHolderType parameter is used to determine whether the end customer goes through B2C or B2B payment flows. It references the end customer's account type.

what you mean with end customer? I think it's the "seller" account that receive the payment..

or the customer account let's say the "buyer" that pay with his payment method

The only valid options appear to be "individual" or "company"
