I don't know why Shopify redirected you back to us - typically with third-party solutions we don't have insight into what needs to be set up on their end to enable these other payment methods. I'd suggest pushing on Shopify, but if you're still having issues you can try contacting Stripe support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and they can check if there's anything wrong with your setup
