Can you give a bit more detail? When you say "blocked at their place" what specifically do you mean?

He banished me normally in 3 to 6 months he had to pay me but fund but it has been 9 months now that but fund are still dear to them and I am not responding when the email sends them

Do you mean that the funds are still with Stripe? If so, really your only option is to follow up with Stripe support (https://support.stripe.com/contact)
