hey there, can you say a bit more about this? ie, what kind of requests are slow, whats the context in which youre using them etc

im using WisePOS terminals with Edge/Chrome browser...the JackRabbitService (stripe) call in some locations take 5 secs per call and other locations 140ms

ok, and this is at a subset of your locations / some devices only?
is it possible the locations where you're having issues are using firefox instead?

correct...we are testing production devices (currently 2) for a specific location
my tests were chrome which gave the 140ms times...when i test with edge i get the 5 sec times for the same calls
only edge/chrome browsers are being used
my other tester is see show times for both browsers

and the delay is reliably reproduced in Edge?

Do you have only 2 devices total in your account that you're testing, or is this a subset of a larger number of devices?

only 2 devices currently...we be adding to our product offering for clients
we have a beta client that will be testing the initial devices before offering to other clients
