Do you have an example checkout session ID or payment intent ID from a time this happened? (cs_123 or pi_!23)?
Unfortunately not because the customers didn't provide that info

From what I can see, your API calls aren't failing more than usual/in new ways they haven't before. They should be able to take a better look at if this is a trend
I've also been waiting for a phone call frm Stripe
but it's taking much longer than the wait time
