Can you clarify what you're specifically confused about? It sounds like you already know that the platform is specified by the API keys you're using, and the transfer will automatically happen because you're setting transfer_data[destination]: CONNECT_ACCOUN T_ID

Yes, so if I am understanding right that transfer_data[destination] => should be the payout stripe account ID -- correct?

Yes, setting transfer_data[destination] will transfer the funds to a connect account, which you can eventually payout from.

and just to be clear - the payout happens separately at a later point, not as part of the payment request
