I don't think there's any workaround that will allow you to have this supported in countries that are not listed there. I'm not sure of the specific reason why it's not supported in Japan or Ukraine, but oftentimes the restriction is due to regulations so there isn't really any workaround you could do to make it work

Okay, that makes sense. Do you know if Stripe is trying to support transfers for more countries? We're just getting a lot of questions about that and I'm working out what we can tell people in response; especially if we can support it one day or if it's just not going to happen.

I believe we aim to support Japan and Ukraine in the future, but I'm not sure about any timelines or how far they are in this plan. I'd suggest checking in with support https://support.stripe.com/contact if you want to know more
