The test account was created but can't finish on boarding the test account.

Is there a reason you're testing with test@test.com? It's likely that someone else has tried to create an account with that email before, and you would have to log in to the existing account to complete the onboarding process

I just created this test account and I'm the only developer on this account?
As I understand to not use my platform account email as there will be unexpected behavior. Are there test email I could use?

When I use my stripe account email it logs me out. Then the tested account is now my email.

This has been working for days now. Today is the only day things started not working. I could create duplicate test accounts.

Seems like stripe is holding on to these account even though is show them deleted.

Never mind I believe Stripe is holding on to these sandbox accounts for some time even though the dashboard (test mode) shows them gone. I just tried another random test email and all is well.

Sorry I'm not the most well-versed in the specifics of this test mode data - if you run into issues with this in the future feel free to append something like "+123" to the email address to have it count as a different email (so like "test+123@test.com")
