hello, I'm actually not sure, I don't know the different Dashboard settings too well. You might have to ask Support but simple/obvious question - when you toggled the switch off, did press the "Save" button at the bottom? for it to persist
I believe so. This was noted from a clients invoice and I believe the setting was only noted after someone went into check the number. I've since toggled and saved again.
gotcha, try out an Invoice in test mode and see if it has the number (you can preview the test mode Invoice). If it still does, recommend talking to Stripe Support, they might have the right answer on that
there's two save buttons on that page at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account , again might be stating the obvious (so you might already know) but the bottom "Save" button is the one you wnat
OK. Thanks. I've realized that this was the receipt it was showing on. I've testing sending the receipt to myself in test and live modes and the number is not showing anymore. So, I think that's a win for you! 😄
