Hello! Webhooks work in test mode, but are entirely separate from live mode. Have you set up a webhook endpoint in test mode, live mode, or both? Also, is Stripe Connect involved at all?

Hi! I have not completed my profile, all is set up in test mode. Yes, Stripe Connect is involved; I am testing with split payments.

Are you asking about an account webhook endpoint or a Connect webhook endpoint?

If the events are happening on your connected accounts but you only have an account webhook endpoint set up you won't get those events, or vice versa. See here for details: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/webhooks
