hi! the connected account acts like a regular Stripe account, by default automatic payouts of any money in their balance are made, or you can control it to be manual if you want instead https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts

as for events, it's the same ones payout.created, payout.paid , they happen on the connected account and you can listen to them with a Connect endpoint https://stripe.com/docs/connect/webhooks#connect-webhooks
