@ruby maple When you accept a payment you can defer the capture to a few days later, it's called "authorization and capture" for example and so that tells you you haven't captured the funds yet

if you don't capture, the funds will be refunded

#

you might be using a third-party integration if you're not familiar with this so you would chat with them to understand this

You really should talk to Facebook's support, I don't know anything about their setup and why the funds are not captured

but yes you can capture if you have access to the dashboard to make sure you get the funds
