This requirement could change for any number of reasons - it could be a change to the regulations that affect everyone, it could be that you're hitting some amount of volume that has additional requirements

Its strange that it occurred right after creating a Connect account, but another test account created >1 year ago doesn't show the same - is this message cause for concern?

fyi: this is only in Test Mode and not in live mode (don't know what will occur in Live mode)

I don't think it's cause for concern - there's a lot of logic that goes into determining what requirements are needed for an account, and a lot of different factors can change those reqs

We sometimes need the full SSN for tax reasons for example but we don't want to ask it too early since it can decrease conversions (if we can verify with just last 4)
