I don't believe so, but let me check

I ask because on Shopify it prompts you to do that

#

So I'm wondering if that's a built-in feature or some other logic that we need to implement

It's possible to do with your own Google Pay integration I think but not with the Payment Request button, we only show it if you have a card already to help with conversion

Ok I see, thanks for letting me know

Another question abotu google pay - on iOS Google Chrome app, if a card is saved to the customer's digital wallet should they expect to see Google Pay or Apple Pay?

what do you call "the customer's digital wallet" exactly?

#

overall I'm not sure, easiest option would be to test and see what happens but AFAIK we only show Apple Pay on Safari today. I know Chrome was looking into supporting it but it's not supported I think

good question, I'm not sure what I mean either lol... I don't know how google pay works on an iOS device

#

I assumed if a card is saved into the Wallet app on iOS, that card can be used for Google Pay in Chrome

I would assume it does not no

#

but easiest is to test really!

I ask because I'm not sure if our implementation is correct or not lol

#

We are seeing that it doesn't work, so I wasn't sure if we did something wrong or if this is expected

Fairly sure that the plan is: on an iOS device you see Apple Pay in Safari and nothing else elsewhere (though Google was working on Apple Pay support in Chrome). On an Android device you see Google pay in Chrome and nothing else elsewhere

Ok that makes sense to me

Thanks for the clarification!
