Thank you for your patience. No this field can not be updated via the API and is exclusive to the dashboard.

Ok. It's not crutial for me, I will just add a billing email field to customer metadata.

I didn't actually use the previous platform. I've used Discord personally for years, so I'm quite comfortable in it.
