ok thx, lets try it here first: we got two customers that ordered via sofort and giropay, what i see in the logs is that their payment intents failed with payment_intent_authentication_failure, but both customers sen't us their bank statements showing that money was transfered. how can this happen?
sounds like something you'd want to write to our support team with the specific pi_xxx PaymentIntent IDs involved so we can dig into it, there isn't a generic answer since that's not something that's expected to happen

it's possible the customers are not being honest, or that maybe there is indeed a bug/technical problem that marked the payments as failed incorrectly, hard to say without investigating it
