Instead of the old way where you specify payment method types for a Stripe checkout session, you omit this and leave it to the Stripe dashboard to manage payment methods
Also, the feature seems to be available only for the client I develop for, and they've told me it's a beta thing
I've already sent questions in the emails with them, but was checking around here to see if it's already a topic (or a non-topic, I suppose)
